For this registration, a parent will register a full team of up to 5 players. They will need player name, email of that player's parent, and shirt size. You can have more players on your team that aren't on your 5 person roster, but only 5 will receive T shirts. Please get the T shirt size correct, as there will not be an option to exchange T shirts for a different size...the size you order will be the size you get. I will be loose with rosters as I realize kids and families are busy in the summer. However, you cannot play down a level and you cannot play on two different teams in the same level. The perfect number of players is 4, and you must bring 4 each night. You can bring 5 as well. You can also bring 6, but no more than 6, and obviously the more players you bring the more subbing/less playing time. I do not want you showing up with only 3 in case someone gets hurt, we don't want anyone stuck playing with only 2. Refer back to the website for rules, dates, and times.
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
